Learning How to Write in the Sand

Two friends were walking through the desert. In a specific point of the journey, they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.

The one, who got slapped, was hurt, but without anything to say, he wrote in the sand: "TODAY, MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE".

They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who got slapped and hurt started drowning, and the other friend saved him. When he recovered from the fright, he wrote on a stone: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE".

The friend who saved and slapped his best friend, asked him, "Why, after I hurt you, you wrote in the sand, and now you write on a stone?"

The other friend, smiling, replied: "When a friend hurts us, we should write it down in the sand, where the winds of forgiveness get in charge of erasing it away, and when something great happens, we should engrave it in the stone of the memory of the heart, where no wind can erase it"

The Parable of the Pencil

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box. There are 5 things you need to know, he told the pencil, before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best pencil you can be.

ONE: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand.

TWO: You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you'll need it to become a better pencil.

THREE: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.

FOUR: The most important part of you will always be what's inside.

AND FIVE: On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark. No matter what the condition, you must continue to write.

The pencil understood and promised to remember, and went into the box with purpose in its heart.

Now replacing the place of the pencil with you; always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best person you can be.

ONE: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in God's hand. And allow other human beings to access you for the many gifts you possess.

We are just like the pencil, who can make a difference in our lives and in the lives of the people around us. Don't ever underestimate what you have the power to do!

You are so unthankful, I like that about you.

You are so gullible, I laugh at you. When you are tempted to sin, you give in.

So go ahead and teach some children how to sin.

All you have to do is smoke, get drunk or drink while under-aged, cheat, gamble, gossip, fornicate, and live being as selfish as possible.

Do all of this in the presence of children and they will do it too. Kids are like that.

Well, Fool, I have to let you go for now. I'll be back in a couple of seconds to tempt you again. If you were smart, you would run somewhere, confess your sins, and live for God with what little bit of life that you have left.

It's not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your age and still sinning, it's becoming a bit ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I still hate you.

"Tak kenal maka tak sayang"

Tentu aja quote ini terkenal banget di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia, tapi kali ini gw bukan mo terapin ke gw sendiri ato temen gw ato siapa, tapi buat anjing gw. Hohoho~

Ada satu anjing gw jenis Maltese n kata bokap gw sih dia pinter, cerdas, cerdik, dll.. Dia dikasi ama temen bokap gw yg mo pindah k Kanada. Jujur aja.. pertama kali dy dateng ke rumah, gw ga suka ama dia dan dia juga ga suka ama gw.. Tiap kali ketemuan pasti langsung ribut.. cabedeh.. wakakak..

Lucu juga sih.. baru pertama kali gw punya anjing yg sama2 ga suka satu sama laen. Hahaha... Hari demi hari berlalu dan hari-hari ga enak bersama dia pun terus berlanjut sampai pada akhirnya entah karena hal apa dia udah ga gong2 lagi kalo ada gw. Lama kelamaan yah kami deket dan somehow dia jadi manja banget sama gw bahkan kadang2 bisa melebihi nykp gw yg selalu rajin kasih makan. (gw kadang2 lupa.. :P)

Jadi ternyata emg bener kalo baru pertama2 ketemu emang masih belom kenal dan butuh waktu buat mengenal. Orang juga gitu. Pas pertama-tama ketemu pasti masih diem2an (kcuali org yg bner2 supel) dan ga mungkin nyeritain masalah pribadi ke orang itu, tapi kalo udah kenal dia bakal jadi someone yg berharga buat kita :)

Final Project Animation Practice 1

Ini animasi pertama aku yang pake suara.. Yaa.. Akupun sebetulnya heran bisa selesein ini tepat waktu. Soalnya pas hari senen tanggal 1 November tu aku baru selese 1 scene dan itupun belom lengkap dan masih ada 10 scene lagi yang harus dikerjain.. Belom edit-editnya lagi, kasi suara, dll, dll..

Pas pengerjaannyapun sebetulnya aku ga bener2 kepentok ama si stabi ini.. Ngerjainnya juga sambil2.. Sambil nonton, mikir2 gajelas, inet-an, dll, dll.. hahhaa.. hmm.. gatau kenapa ya, gw tu kalo ngerjain sesuatu pasti susaaaaa banget yg namanya konsen.. pasti jenuh kalo kepentok sama 1 kerjaan aja..

Tapi bener loh, bantuan Tuhan bner2 berasa pas gw ngerjain ini.. Waktu di minggu kemaren tu bner2 berasa lambat.. biasanya kan waktu di malay (entah kenapa) berasa cepeeeetttttt banget, nget, nget!!! Udah gitu ada 1 scene yang gw bungung harus digambar kaya apa.. uda coba ini itu, ga dapet2.. akhirnya gw memutuskan untuk mencari ide di luar.. walaupun waktu uda menunjukkan jem 2-3.. tapi gara2 bner2 niat ngerjain, tapi mentok, alhasil jalan2 lah saia ke market depan.. sambil jalan, sambil mikir.. dan tahu tidak?? KETEMU LOH JAWABANNYA!! waaahh!!! langsung ane mengucap syukur sama Dia yang kasi ide itu! :D Senangnyaaaa... Makasih Papii!!! ^^

Terus satu hal lagi yang gw dapet dari ngerjain ini adalah kalo uda mentok n ga ada ide, trus di kamar sendiri, suntuk, cari ide aja di luar.. pasti lebi bisa mikir kalo udaranya seger.. :D hahaha.. well, that's me.. mungkin buat orang laen beda.. hohoho~
